Service Description

Digital Art at Mill Studio Arts is a fun and exciting program designed for kids eager to develop and refine their art-making skills using digital devices and the Procreate program. Led by professional graphic designer and artist Victoria Gordon, students learn essential skills and techniques to create works of art and product designs with unique style and deliberate vision. In this program, beginners and practiced digital designers alike explore a variety of design tools, focusing on mastering Procreate. Students are encouraged to bring their own device, preferably an Apple iPad with a stylus, and have an active online subscription to Procreate. Beyond mastering tools, students discover how digital art can translate into real-world applications and career opportunities in commercial art and design. Victoria guides students in understanding that digital design is a process that involves conceptualization, iteration, and refinement to achieve effective visual communication. Moreover, digital art serves as a versatile format for fine art, allowing for personal self-expression and creativity.
