1-2 person Private Pottery Lesson

Service Description

Learn the basics of wheel throwing with a private lesson with our expert instructor, IZ. Private lessons can be booked for 1-2 children or for a parent and child to come explore and create together. This lesson is perfect for children aged 5 and up. Lessons will begin with a 10-15 minute demonstration, followed by 1:1 instruction and guidance to get you throwing your own pots! Participants can expect to make 1-3 pieces each that will be fired and clear glazed making them microwave and food safe for use. *Please note that there is always a chance for breakage during the firing process and we will do everything we can to try to get them fired safely for you. Unfortunately breakage is part of the process. Completed work will be ready to pick up 2-3 weeks after your lesson. Cancellation of registration prior to 48 hours before lesson date will result in a 20% fee. There are no refunds within 48 hours of scheduled lesson.
